Ocular Motor Nerve Palsies
Choi Jae-Hwan

Abstract
Ocular motor nerve palsies are the most common causes of acquired paralytic strabismus. The diagnosis and managment of ocular motor nerve palsies vary according to the age of the patient, characteristics of each cranial nerve (oculomotor, trochlear, and abducens nerve) palsy, and presence of associated symptoms and signs. In this review, we will discuss the anatomical and clinical features of each ocular motor nerve palsy that aid in topological diagnosis.
